Life Line Charitable Trust is a premier non-profit organization dedicated to the spiritual and social mission of Gau Seva (Cow Protection). In Indian culture, the Cow is revered as a mother, yet thousands roam the streets today, suffering from neglect, hunger, and plastic ingestion.
Our Trust operates specialized Gau-Shalas (Cow Shelters) designed to provide a safe haven for abandoned, old, and sick cows. We focus on rescuing 'Nandi' and 'Gau Mata' from critical conditions, ensuring they receive the best medical attention and a dignified life. Our volunteers work tirelessly to rescue cows from illegal trafficking and road accidents.
As a government-registered 12A and 80G entity, transparency is at the core of our operations. We maintain strict records of every contribution, ensuring it reaches the voiceless souls we serve. We invite every supporter to visit our shelters and witness the transformation fueled by their kindness.
Detailed Gau Seva Mission
The resources mobilized by Life Line Charitable Trust are strictly allocated to the following key welfare areas:
- Nutritious Green Fodder: Maintaining a daily supply of fresh grass, grains, and balanced nutritional feed to prevent starvation and keep the Gau-vansh healthy.
- 24/7 Medical Emergency Unit: Responding to distress calls for cows injured in accidents. This includes complex surgeries and specialized Ayurvedic healing treatments.
- Specialized Cow Ambulance: Maintaining a fleet of hydraulic-equipped ambulances for safe rescue operations of non-ambulatory injured cows.
- Sanitized Shelters: Providing hygienic, weather-protected shelters with clean drinking water tanks to ensure a disease-free environment for over 500+ cows.

By using this website and processing a contribution to Life Line Charitable Trust, you are legally bound by these comprehensive terms:
1. Nature of Contribution
All donations made to Life Line Charitable Trust are voluntary. These are considered gifts for religious and social welfare purposes. Once authorized, the contribution becomes the property of the Trust to be utilized for Gau Seva activities at its discretion.
2. 80G Tax Exemption Compliance
To qualify for tax benefits under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, donors must provide a valid Permanent Account Number (PAN) and correct address details. The Trust is not liable for the rejection of tax benefits by the Income Tax Department due to incorrect data provided by the donor.
3. Authorized Payment Channels
Contributions must be processed through authorized digital banking channels (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking). The Trust reserves the right to decline contributions that appear suspicious or originate from illegitimate sources. Cash donations are not accepted via this portal.
4. Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the Laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of the use of this website or the donation process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

3. Third-Party Disclosure
We maintain a strict **No-Sharing Policy**. We do not sell, rent, or trade our donor database to third-party marketing firms or other organizations. Your identity is shared only with authorized government bodies (Income Tax Department) as required by Indian law.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Charitable contributions are a gift and are utilized immediately for life-saving fodder and medical supplies for abandoned cows.
1. Irrevocable Nature of Donation
Donations made to the Trust are generally non-refundable as they are considered final and are immediately deployed into welfare projects. We urge donors to verify the amount and details before confirming the payment.
2. Exception for Technical Glitches
In the event of a genuine technical error (e.g., double deduction or incorrect amount due to gateway failure), donors must report the issue within **7 working days**. Please email **trustlifelinecharitable@gmail.com** with your Transaction ID and bank statement proof.
3. Refund Procedure
Approved refunds for technical errors will be processed back to the original payment source (UPI/Bank/Card) within **10 to 15 working days**. No cash refunds are provided under any circumstances.
